Order Processing & Production

​All of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it goes into production before shipping.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

​After production is complete, orders are shipped and delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

​Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Order Tracking​

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

Delays

Because we work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with our fulfiller to resolve the issue.
