At Multilign, all products are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Items

Because each item is produced specifically for your order:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

    • Colour or design preference

    • Minor variations in print placement or colour

Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Texturing Process

​

Please note that some of our designs feature intentionally distressed textures to give your t-shirt that vintage feel.​

 

How to Report an Issue

 

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Method

 

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost Orders

 

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, a replacement will be issued instead.
